I think any system that makes its users feel special creates string retention.
English language makes you feel special by allowing capitalization of I and G in God.
Facebook and IG Makes you special by allowing you make your profile image special or allowing some fools like me a blue tick.
Some of us refer to each other in our culture as “AAP” instead of “Tum” Creating false sense of superiority.
