Why Do A Large Chunk Of Women Not Support Other Women Who Are Being Discriminated ?

I don’t understand why we feel its responsibility of other women to support women against discrimination.

When it comes to workplace, It’s responsibility of the leader to create an equal and fair environment and not just for women to help other women.

We should not make discrimination an issue of race or gender but think of it as an issue which needs addressing across the board by everyone.
