Emotions are cell’s way of guiding us. We may think we have free will but we are slaves of our cells.
Human ego won’t let us accept that we don’t have a free will.
It’s not a coincidence that we look up to people who have emotional control. Culture of fasting or abstinence come the human need to be less emotional.
